Our Active Families Sessions are FREE to all, we only have a certain number of spaces available so please book for TOTAL people coming including all children from aged 0+

This session is inclusive to the whole family so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, at most venues a different activity will be on each week, you will find out what this is at your first session.

If you are looking for somewhere to be active with your children or have children taken care of if they do not want to get involved then this session is designed to include YOU!

The session will include a taster of Activity aimed at promoting fitness (for beginners and inclusive to children and adults with all abilities) and arts and crafts/quiet corners for those that don't wish to take part in the activity.

Activities could include Circus Fitness, Circuit Training, Rounders, Yoga, Bollywood fitness and other sport-style games.

Our sessions are designed to be inclusive so if you need any help or support in attending or during your session please let us know prior to the event day.
