We actively strive to work towards inclusive practices, activities and events. We encourage participation from all sectors of the community in our activities, in planning, staffing and in our leadership.

As Directors we live and work in the communities we serve. 4 of us are single parents. We have all struggled with our mental health at some time in our lives and actively manage health conditions. One of us is registered disabled and lives with chronic debilitating illness. At least half of us identify as LGBTQ+. Most of us have experienced homelessness. We are neurodiverse and have personal experience of living with ADHD and Autism. We value each other and everyone we work with for our strengths, talents and experience. We recognise that everyone we meet is fighting battles we do not know about. We recognise that we are currently not ethnically diverse enough and we actively seek to rectify that.
