Raspberry Creatives is a Community Interest Company. We are a not-for-profit organisation and an important part of our income comes from paid bookings, especially as we work towards a sustainable business model. This revenue then covers our overheads and pays for us to deliver free and subsidised activities in the community and with marginalised groups. We offer a flexible and professional service and have several returning customers. We have appropriate Public Liability Insurance, DBS checks, Safeguarding Training and Risk Assessments in place. Booking us for your event, organisation or venue is a great way to support our work and make your budget count by giving back to the community. Most of all, our activities are always welcoming, inclusive and a lot of fun for all! Our prices start from £85 an hour for 2 staff, inclusive of all materials and equipment. Additional travel expenses and staffing costs may apply, whatever your budget, talk to us about your requirments.

Local Authority, Corporate and Organisation Bookings

We provide a range of activities that are suitable for groups of children, families or adults. Whether school holiday activities, after school, work with particular groups, schools or events, we can plan a session to suit your service users and situation. We have returning customers from the public, private and third sectors and we love coming up with new and exciting activities for the people we work with! Our sessions are usually aimed at involving the whole family although we can direct them at a certain age group if required. As well as delivering the activities on the day we are passionate about working with parents to increase their confidence and skills and give them ideas to play with their children at home. We can also deliver craft, circus and teambuilding sessions for groups of adults and young people.

Some examples of our activities include

Circus Skills - juggling, plate spinning, diabolo, poi, balance, clowning, hula hoops and much more!
Den building and giant junk modelling - if you have a big enough space we can build dens inside or outside and use big cardboard boxes to make rockets, cars, planes and tunnels to explore with torches
Junk modelling marble runs and target games - using team work, ideas and testing we use recycling to build marble runs, catapults, crazy golf, nerf gun targets and bean bag targets.
Sensory play - excavating dinosaurs, fossils and seashells from sand, clay and ice, searching for bugs, feathers and magnets, making sensory bottles, stress balls and fidgets.
Messy play - making slime, fake snow, oobleck, cardboard clay and playdough
Arts and Crafts - painting, printing, sculpting, drawing, collage, Hama beads, jewellery making, felting, sewing - we have endless ideas for arts and crafts activities!
Junk modelling musical instruments - we get inventive and noisy using recycled materials to make drums, shakers, kazoos, jingle bells, didgeridoos, harps, clackers and clangers!
Active play - circle games, dodgeball, nerf gun battles, rounders, table tennis, team games, obstacle courses
Explore - treasure hunts, nature walks, rubbings, nature crafts

We can provide children's activities for any event where you want your young guests to be entertained and have a great time! Our open access arts and crafts tables are fantastic for all ages with a variety of exciting materials provided to doodle, create and provide space to play and chat. We can provide chill out tents with blankets, toys, comics, books, ear defenders and fidget toys to give a chance for a bit of time out for everyone from nursing mums and babies to overwrought toddlers to teens needing a chill space. Drop in circus skills are a great activity for all ages at a family gathering or corporate family day. We can set up our Nerf Gun target range, table tennis and other outdoor target games for a bit of fun and friendly competition and we can provide glitter tattoos, face painting and dressing up to add to the fun. We can bring our own shelters for your outdoor event or set up in your venue in whatever space you have. We can also provide party games, karaoke, talent shows, treasure hunts and busy bags or a complete themed birthday party for your child's special day. Whatever you need and however many guests you are expecting, talk to us about your unique requirements.

Festivals and Shows

We love a festival, large or small - Music Festivals, Pride Celebrations, Community Events, Kids Festivals, Summer Shindigs, Vintage Car Shows and Winter Wonderlands!

We have flexible, wide ranging activity packages available for hire to fit your event size, demographic and theme and can work with you to find the right deal for you. Your entertainment budget will go further with us, as a non-profit our fees go straight back into providing community activities for those struggling with the cost of living crisis, social isolation and marginalised groups.

We can theme our activities to suit your event and work closely with you to ensure smooth running of children's and family activities throughout the process. We can bring our own shelters, tables and equipment or use yours. You can choose which activities you would like or hire us by the hour and we will plan a programme of activities to suit your audience.
